Booking Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are designed to clarify how we will work together. Please read them carefully before booking a session.
Advice and recommendations
As part of the services offered, you may be given certain insights into your life or your situation or be given advice or recommendations.
However, Eileen will never tell you that you must do something or must change in some way. The final decisions will be entirely yours. You therefore agree that she cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any decisions you may make.
Clutter Clearing Sessions
Eileen will never tell you to dispose of any item. She may advise you and give you insights into how keeping clutter may be affecting you, but the final decision about whether you keep or dispose of any item will always be yours.
Eileen therefore cannot accept any responsibility for the consequences of any decision you make. She will always endeavour to help you to identify items among your possessions that have potentially high market value.
However, Eileen is not a qualified valuer and does not have the expertise to identify items of special value or rarity. You therefore agree that she will not be liable if you choose to dispose of any such items.
Liability
I always take great care when handing items. However, accidents can happen, and you agree that I cannot and will not be held liable for any losses or damage, howsoever caused.
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights in the methods used in Clutter Clearing sessions are owned by Eileen.
Recording, photographing, copying, or reproducing any part of a session by any means is NOT permitted.
Confidentiality
You may rest assured that all sessions will be confidential and Eileen will never divulge any personal information provided by you.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the session time, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the meeting time, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you need to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the session time, you can do so free of charge. If you reschedule within 48 hours of the meeting time, you will be charged 25% of the booking price.
In the unlikely event that Eileen has to cancel or reschedule a session, she will contact you with options for a new date and time or refund you in full, if you prefer.
Fees
Payment is due at the end of each session, except in the case of a series of consultations that have been booked that is payable in advance. Payment can be made in cash or by check. There may be additional charges for any materials used, such as boxes used in the decluttering process, or additional travel fees.
